Teaching of Exclusive Techniques

To better protect the secrets of Konoha a new rule is being strictly imposed.
It was merely understood before, but now it shall be punishable…
To ensure are techniques remain ours there will be no teaching of B ranked Konoha Exclusive Techniques or above to anyone outside of the village. In order to teach them inside the village you must get the approval via PM from myself the Hokage.
Failure to do so will result in punishments ICly. Starting with rather simple punishments and ending up with long lasting effects to the character.
Questions can be PM’d to me at any time.
